Computer repair in New Haven
I-91 takes us from Middletown into New Haven in about 35 minutes. We make house calls throughout the city: East Rock, Westville, Wooster Square, Fair Haven, Morris Cove, the Hill, Beaver Hills, and the apartments and condos downtown and around Yale.
New Haven is a city of apartments, condos and multi-family houses, and the Wi-Fi calls reflect that: a dozen neighboring networks on the same channel, a router buried in a closet, and brick walls that block the signal between rooms. We fix channel settings and placement, add mesh coverage when the unit needs it, and get every device back online.
We also see a lot of student laptops with cracked screens and worn-out batteries, family computers hit by a fake virus warning, and older machines that need an upgrade or an honest opinion about replacement. When parking or building access makes a visit hard, drop-off in Middletown and remote fixes are both options. Diagnostics are free and repairs are quoted in writing.
