Getting help in Berlin
We come to you
House calls anywhere in Berlin, Kensington and East Berlin.
Or drop it off
Drop off at 9 Talcott Ridge Drive in Middletown. Call or text first.
Kensington, East Berlin and the rest of Berlin
Berlin borders Middletown to the northwest, and Route 372 out of Cromwell brings us right into town. From there it is a short hop to Kensington, East Berlin and the neighborhoods off the Berlin Turnpike. Wherever you are in Berlin, we can come to you.
Many Berlin homes are single-family houses with a finished basement or an office over the garage, and those are exactly the rooms where the Wi-Fi gives out. We fix coverage with properly placed mesh units or a wired access point, then make sure everything else still connects: TVs, printers, doorbells and cameras.
Berlin calls also include older desktops still on Windows 10, laptops too slow to use, and computers that picked up a virus or a scammer. If your PC says it cannot run Windows 11, we can often upgrade it anyway, and the free diagnostic tells you whether it is worth doing.
What we fix
Windows PCs and Macs, laptops and desktops, plus the home network they connect to.
