Computer repair in Hartford
Route 9 and I-91 put Hartford about 30 minutes from us. We make house calls throughout the city: the West End, the South End along Franklin and Wethersfield Avenues, Asylum Hill, Parkville, Barry Square, Blue Hills, and the condos and apartments downtown.
City living shapes the calls we get. Apartment and condo Wi-Fi fights with dozens of neighboring networks, and the router from the internet company often sits in the worst possible corner. Brick and plaster in older buildings block the signal between rooms. We sort out channels, placement and mesh coverage, and we can usually do it in one visit.
If a house call is tricky because of parking or a building's access rules, you have two other options. Drop the computer off at our Middletown location, or let us fix many software problems remotely while you watch. Either way, diagnostics are free and every repair is quoted in writing before any work starts.
