This Agreement governs use of CT Tech Express CRM ("the Application"), a private internal application owned and operated by CT Tech Express LLC of Middletown, Connecticut ("the Company"). The Application is not sold, licensed, or made available to the public.
Use is limited to the owner of the Company and to staff expressly authorised by the owner, each using individually issued credentials. No right of use is granted to any other person or organisation. Credentials may not be shared.
The Application may be used only to maintain the Company's own customer records and service history, and to support the Company's ordinary business operations.
The Application connects to accounts belonging to the Company — including QuickBooks Online, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, and Syncro — using credentials authorised by the Company. Data obtained through these connections is used only within the Application, and only for the purpose described in Section 3. Authorisation for any connection may be withdrawn by the Company at any time.
The Application contains confidential customer information. Authorised users must not disclose that information other than in the ordinary course of serving the customer concerned, or where required by law.
The Application is provided by the Company to itself on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind. The Company accepts no liability to any third party arising from its operation.
Intuit Inc. and the other service providers named above are not parties to this Agreement, provide no warranty in respect of the Application, and bear no responsibility for it. Use of each connected service remains subject to that provider's own terms.
The Company may amend this Agreement or discontinue the Application at any time. Access ends when authorisation is withdrawn or the Application is discontinued.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
